Sxsterhood is a pillar that Delta Kappa Delta Sorority, Inc. holds very close to our hearts. Everything we do is to increase our bond with not only the sxsters within our colony, but with sxsters nationally. We host multiple events (National Convention, Southern Regional Retreat, and Sisterhood Socials, etc) throughout the year for the purpose of building our connections and bonds with sxsters across the country. Each of these events is hosted annually by different chapters and colonies all over the country - which is a great way to travel somewhere you may have never been and have experiences of a lifetime with the sxsters you'll know forever!
MAJOR EVENTS
NATIONAL CONVENTION
National Convention is held annually by a different chapter or colony each year and sxsters from all over the country come together for networking, sxsterhood, and service. The picture above was taken at our national convention in 2018, which took place in Houston, Texas!
SOUTHERN REGIONAL RETREAT
Southern Regional Retreat is a conference held every year in Texas. Because Delta Kappa Delta is very big in Texas, we are able to get together with our sxsters from UNT, UT, Baylor, Texas Tech, A&M, and UTD every year to build our connections and sisterhood while doing service together!
SISTERHOOD SOCIALS
Sxsterhood is a pillar that we hold very near and dear to our hearts. Every month, we as a colony and sometimes in combination with our sxsters at UNT, hold sxsterhood socials. During this, we have focused our attention solely on each other and building our sxsterhood!
